Executive Administrator – CFO Office
Are you an experienced EA/PA who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a genuine interest in fashion where no two days are the same? If so, then we might have the perfect opportunity for you as an Executive Administrator. This is a 12 month Fixed-term ContractBased in our beautiful Global HQ in Dublin you will be working in partnership with the CFO’s leadership team and PA to provide support for overseeing and be accountable for the smooth running of daily operations in the office. You’ll have experience providing executive administrator/executive assistant support at Director level, ideally in a large-scale organisation or a smaller organisation where you were the “go to person” in a busy office environment.We are looking for an individual whois highly organised, who has excellent communication skills and has the ability to work in a high pressurised and fast paced environment.
We are also looking for:
- A detailed eye: You will manage complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to the leadership team
- Independence and discretion: You may be working on tasks or projects, from conception to completion and you must handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with care.
- Confident communication: It goes without saying. You’ll be connecting with all levels of the business, internally and externally.
- Strong organisational and planning skills: You’ll need to be able to effectively maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
- Interpersonal skills: Establish credibility with colleagues and senior management and to foster effective working relations with a wide range of internal and external contacts.
- PC proficiency: Excellent skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power point and Excel are a given.

5- Retail Communications Co-ordinator, Dublin
Purpose of role: To create, maintain, gatekeep and issue retail communication content to allstores on a daily basis. To manage and respond to day-to-day StoreSupport queries in collaboration with other central/regional functions.To support the Retail Communications Managerin adhoc responsibilities and projects as they arise.
- Manage all daily store communication submissions, gatekeeping the content, scheduling, tone, deadlines and daily workload for stores throughout all regions
- Create easy to read communications that are relevant, informative, language appropriate, timely and consistent
- Ensure that all retail communications are in line with our in store operating model
- Through innovation, analysis, and cross functional collaboration, actively drive the improvement of communication standardisation and processes, ensuring stores have access to the information they require and receive the right message first rime round
- Manage the content, process, sign off and issuing of the weekly communication to Senior Retail Teams
- Create and on-board new accounts on the Retail Comms App, support existing users and manage the training of new users
- Create, write, and edit commercial and ad hoc packs, and PowerPoint presentations etc. as required
- Post and upload all new materials to relevant channels and ensure that the information is current at all times by maintaining and evaluating on a regular basis
- Manage the retail comms calendar ensuring that communications are issued at agreed times/days
- Work closely with the Activities team to ensure that communications issued have also been captured on the Retail Calendar
- Manage all daily Store Support queries, keeping in line with Service Level Agreements and Primark Ways of Communicating.
- Drive the ongoing improvement of Store Support across all regions (active and future) by continuously enhancing the service for the end user
- Support the wider Retail Operations team as needed
- Engage with ad hoc projects as they arise
- Represent Retail Operations in a professional manner
Essential knowledge, education, skills and experience:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- 4+ years experience in a fast-paced environment or equivalent working in a communications field
- Strong command of MSWord, Outlook, Excel and working knowledge of SharePoint
- Technical and literacy proficiency
- Proficiency in using PowerPoint to create informative decks of a high standard in line with company branding
- Effective and persuasive presentation skills, including the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner to all areas of the business
- Experience in working as part of a diverse and geographically dispersed team
- Creative with an ability to bring fresh thinking and new ideas to address business priorities
- Ability to write content, develop and story tell against clear goals and objectives
- Highly organised, driven, focussed, detail-oriented, possessing the ability and initiative to effectively prioritise projects and deliverables whilst meeting deadlines set by management
- The ability to adapt and reprioritise in line with changing circumstances
- Proven ability in developing effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation
- Ability to confidently represent Group Operations in various cross functional meetings and steering groups
- The ability to manage the expectations of key stakeholders
