Accounts Administrator
Job Description
Accountancy Practice seeks an Accounts Administrator for their busy office.
This person will support the accountancy team by performing various tasks and maintaining efficient office procedures.
Responsibilities Include:
- Accurate processing and coding of invoices
- Bank Reconciliations
- Preparing and submission of VAT returns
- Preparation of payroll for various clients
- PAYE reconciliations
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
The suitable candidate must be:
- Capable of working on your own initiative.
- Have excellent organisational skills.
- Have Excellent interpersonal, communication, computer and presentation skills.
- Self-starter who has the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
