Job Description

Reidy Stafford LLP Solicitors are looking for a receptionist/ legal secretary to join our team. The position is in our Newbridge office and the responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • management of main reception desk
  • management of the online diaries for the Solicitors in the practice
  • general administrative duties
  • dealing with client queries
  • processing client payments
  • monitoring and ordering stationary supplies and stock
  • monitoring and controlling incoming and outgoing post
  • filing and management of incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • other ad-hoc duties as required

Legal experience is not necessary and a suitable candidate will be given appropriate training. Dictaphone typing would be preferable but not essential.
