Receptionist / Legal Secretary
Job Description
Reidy Stafford LLP Solicitors are looking for a receptionist/ legal secretary to join our team. The position is in our Newbridge office and the responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- management of main reception desk
- management of the online diaries for the Solicitors in the practice
- general administrative duties
- dealing with client queries
- processing client payments
- monitoring and ordering stationary supplies and stock
- monitoring and controlling incoming and outgoing post
- filing and management of incoming and outgoing correspondence
- other ad-hoc duties as required
Legal experience is not necessary and a suitable candidate will be given appropriate training. Dictaphone typing would be preferable but not essential.
