• Collecting and distributing the post, including personal and TA post. • Daily Act Manage report to see who is in the buildings out or hours. • Invoices from printing from all admins member to be given to account. • Also, I complete invoices to be given to account team too. • Back up for Reception via lunch breaks and days off. • Daily visit to building around the corner to check the office is running smoothly. • Onboarding and Termination file received twice week. Update Outlook calendar for team to seen who is leaving and starting in advance. • Make sure all employees including new starters is on MIR3. This is employee notification system. • Raising PO (Purchase Order) that may occur, including monthly kitchen orders that I would place. • Looking after under/over Dovico hours. Contacting employees and making sure what was submitted is correct for payroll. • Working as part of a large team across different countries. Key Achievements: • Consistent training by Hedgeserv university completed with many certificates. • Completion of Manual Handling and Fire Marshall training.

• Driving Revenue, achieving targets, assure superior customer service output. • Actively greeting customers, offering advice to customers on daily promotions and assisting then with better select for better value. • Answering phone calls in a timely manner • Reporting to customers complaints when needed. • Working as part of an enthusiastic team within a fast-paced environment. • Helping staff in the kitchen to avoid being under pressure during busy hours. • Illustrating product knowledge to customers to maximise sales • Filing cleaning sheet and food temperature at the start and ending of a work shift. Key Achievements: • Consistently exceed targets, by hitting over €3,000 on busy days such as the Friday, Saturday and Sunday being rewarded with a bonus in my wages. • Helping staff with the responsibility of opening and closing the store, counting the opening cash in the till and then the closing cash in the till.
