Executive Secretary
Working as Executive Secretary, The below are my duties and responsibility: -Ensure all outgoing correspondence is typed, proofread and dispatched to the highest possible standard -Review all incoming mail and prioritize before forwarding to the General Manager -Keep calendar constantly updated to facilitate appointment and meeting schedules -Compose letters/Memorandum on behalf of the General Manager -Attend meetings, record, write and distribute the minutes and follow up on action items -Alert manager about cancelations or new meetings -Handle information request -Monthly GM’s expense report -Greet and receive visitor -Ordering office supplies if necessary -Filing and retrieving records, documents & reports -Travel arrangement
