Retail Assistant
I worked at Beloved from August 2019 to the shop’s closing in April 2020 every weekend and during school holidays. I was till-trained and worked on the shop floor as well as upstairs cleaning, sorting clothes and lifting. I often stayed late and worked extra days when I could. I enjoyed customer-focused interaction and found the till easy to use.

I sorted and tagged clothes that came in, valued and cleaned antiques and coins, cleaned the shop floor and was trusted to work on my own in the back of the store. I was very good with customer relations and built a good rapport with my manager, Jacqueleine.
